• The Assets Maintenance services will provide complete restoration, repair, cleaning and/or renovation of office furnishings and equipment.
• The contractor shall have the capability to provide repair and restoration services for a variety of office furnishings and furniture on site or at the contractors facility. These services could include reupholstering, refinishing, and cleaning of furnishings.
• Providing short and long range maintenance plans for office furnishings, carpeting, window treatments, etc. Recycle furniture by remanufacturing components with the same process as a new product.
