• The packaged environment will provide a complete and integrated office solution for Customer Agencies. The contractor will be required to provide a total turnkey project which may include, but is not limited to:

• Analyzing and identifying staff requirements, space standards, workflow, electrical and data requirements and office environment issues.

• Complete interior renovations to include, but not limited to:

• Interior construction
• HVAC installation
• Electrical services
• Plumbing services
• Telecommunication installations
• Data cabling

• Acquiring and installing office furniture and furnishings;

• Acquiring and installing office equipment;

• Acquiring and installing fixtures.
