Workspace Development LLC has recently
been awarded a five-year services schedule
through
the US Federal Government’s General Services Administration.
As a contract holder with GSA we provide services to both the
administrative and defense branches of government. Through an
elaborate and extensive
approval process, we will now provide turnkey management solutions
for end users who need help in all four phases of the life cycle
of an office; Exploring, Planning, Providing and Managing.
For
the first time, our federal clients now have direct access to
all of the services we have provided to our commercial customers.
In an unprecedented contract, federal clients will procure
turnkey solutions from a single source contract. This contract
requires
that Workspace Development LLC provide services independent
of manufacture brand.
We will assist in all aspects of moving
an
agency from
one location
to another. Design, planning, budgeting, architectural,
tenant fit up construction, relocation management, asset refurbishment,
asset management and project management will all be coordinated
and provided under one contract, managed by Workspace Development.
